Terms and Conditions

By registering for or attending a Clinique Med Events conference, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions before, during, and after the event.

Registration is open to healthcare professionals only. The organiser reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration at its discretion.
Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment of applicable fees.
Ticketing may be managed by third-party providers. Where applicable, their terms and conditions will also apply.
Ticket transfers may be permitted in accordance with the published transfer policy and any applicable third-party conditions or fees.
Clinique Med Events reserves the right to make reasonable changes to event fees, programs, speakers, schedules, or venues where necessary.
Events are primarily conducted as in-person experiences. If the event is cancelled by the organiser, registration fees will be refunded in full. The organiser is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by attendees.
Delegate-initiated cancellations are subject to the published Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Attendees are solely responsible for arranging and funding their own travel, accommodation, visas, vaccinations, insurance, and related documentation.
Comprehensive travel and medical insurance is strongly recommended. Attendance and participation in the event and any associated activities occur at the attendee’s own risk.
Clinique Med Events shall not be liable for losses, delays, injuries, illness, damages, or costs arising from travel arrangements, third-party service providers, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
All program content is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
All intellectual property, materials, presentations, and conference content remain the property of the organiser or respective speakers and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
A professional, respectful, and harassment-free environment is mandatory. The organiser reserves the right to remove any attendee engaging in inappropriate or disruptive behaviour without refund.
The organiser may photograph or record attendees for lawful promotional, marketing, and educational purposes unless written notice is provided in advance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the organiser’s total liability arising out of or in connection with the event shall not exceed the registration fee paid by the attendee.
CPD accreditation, where applicable, is subject to approval by relevant bodies and individual professional requirements.
Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the organiser’s Privacy Policy.
The organiser shall not be responsible for no-shows, partial attendance, or failure to meet professional accreditation or licensing requirements.
In the event of circumstances beyond the organiser’s reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of government, public health emergencies, natural disasters, civil unrest, or venue unavailability (force majeure), the organiser reserves the right to postpone, modify, or cancel the event without liability beyond the refund of registration fees.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India and may be updated periodically. The most current version will always be available on the Clinique Med Events website.
